Caro – Abstract Portraits – Film & Digital

I had a chance to head out with Caro and do some experimental, abstract portraits at Beacon Hill Park on a beautiful day in April – just as the cherry blossoms started to appear. I used a few different tools for these images, but the kaleidoscope effects are with the Different Lens World kaleidoscope Prism. I’ve put explanations in the captions.

Digital capture using Different Lens World’s crystal & Rebecca Lily Presets vol 4.
Digital captures – with a CD-Rom disc (I positioned the CD-ROM so Caro was in the hole and the rest of the image is a reflection)
Left: Lomography 100 35mm film & Right: Digital capture

Left: Caro standing in front of some plexiglass I brought to the shoot
Right: A double exposure on Lomography 100 35mm film
Caro holding up the plexiglass – we sprayed it with water to create the droplets
One more with the Different Lens World Crystal
